• Jorge McBain is the Founder and Chairman of NDI and the creator and chief architect of SariVerse™, the world’s first AI-driven digital twin operating system designed to unify operations, finance, and intelligence across enterprises, cities, and global industries. His work spans more than 25 years and uniquely integrates architectural design, enterprise systems engineering, and large-scale infrastructure innovation. The original vision behind SariVerse™ was conceived in 1998 while redesigning a major Wall Street data center, where Jorge identified the systemic inefficiencies created by fragmented systems and envisioned a unified digital environment capable of operating physical assets, IT systems, workflows, and human activity as one intelligent whole.

• Formally articulated through an early 2007 conceptual patent filing, now recognized as a foundational architectural ancestor, Jorge’s vision established clear prior art for what would later become modern digital twin and AI-orchestrated operations. Although that early filing was later abandoned as the technology matured, it now strengthens NDI’s intellectual property position by demonstrating early originality and precedence. Between 2003 and 2010, Jorge led the deployment of early SariVerse™ predecessor systems (formerly SiteWare and SiteWareMOM) across mission-critical environments, including U.S. Department of Defense facilities, DISA, and major U.S. aviation hubs, validating the platform’s security, scalability, and reliability across millions of square feet and thousands of users.

• From 2022 to 2024, Jorge guided the formalization of SariVerse™ into a modern, enforceable patent family covering end-to-end operational digital twins, AI-orchestrated workflows, cross-industry interoperability, and the conversion of operational efficiency into financial liquidity. Under his leadership, NDI has established a comprehensive IP monetization and enforcement program targeting over 300 commercial entities, with projected recoveries through 2040+. Today, Jorge continues to lead SariVerse™ toward its 2025–2035 vision as the foundational operating layer of the intelligent global economy, integrating 16 industries, connecting billions of participants, and transforming operational intelligence into sustained global financial value through the SariVerse Global Credit Union (SGCU).
